Seren is a digital programme that supports people through menopause, developed with clinicians and NHS partners. We worked with the Seren team to produce the expert-led video sessions that guide users through the course, filming a full suite of videos spanning the programme's five levels.

From the start, we worked closely with the team to shape a visual style that feels calm, warm and welcoming. Every choice, from the lighting to the pace of the edit, was made to give users a therapeutic experience and help them feel supported at each step of their journey.

We shot, edited and delivered 50 pieces of content, each one designed to make expert advice clear, approachable and easy to follow.

Seren then asked us back to do it all again in Welsh. We delivered the complete course in both languages and helped the programme reach even more people across Wales.
